1. Changes to Ranks and Benefits:

We reserve the authority to adjust the pricing of ranks and the benefits associated with them, with or without prior notification. The specifics of any rank, including its benefits, may be modified, and users will not be entitled to the prior benefits once these changes are implemented. Such adjustments will only be made for legitimate server management reasons.

2. Payments & Refund Policy:

All benefits you receive from your payments will remain active even if you leave the server, are banned, or are removed in any way. Refunds are strictly not allowed under any circumstances, and any attempts to reclaim funds through chargeback, stoppage, or credit will result in restrictions on your ability to continue playing. We retain the right to take legal or collection actions to recover damages in the case of a forced chargeback.

3. Website and Service Usage:

Your usage of this website and any associated services or content is entirely at your own risk. These services are provided on an "as-is" basis, with all warranties, whether express or implied, explicitly disclaimed. We do not offer professional advice, and any reliance on such information is done at your own risk. Some regions may not permit the exclusion of implied warranties.

4. Server Management Rights:

All staff, owners, and administrators, with the appropriate permissions, reserve the right to require you to leave the server, either permanently or temporarily, without the possibility of a refund. This measure will only be enforced in cases of severe rule violations and only in extreme cases where rules have been seriously breached.

5. Limitation of Liability:

You expressly acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if we were informed of the potential for such damages. This limitation of liability extends to:

• (I) The use of or inability to use the service,
• (II) The cost of procuring substitute goods or services,
• (III) Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data transmissions,
• (IV) Statements or behavior of any third party on the service, or
• (V) Any other issue relating to the service.

By agreeing to these terms, you forfeit your right to pursue legal action against anyone associated with the staff, management, administrators, members, owners, or hosts of this server. Should any part of this document be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to be fully valid and enforceable.
